What does Beta mean?

Beta is a stage of product development. In this stage, the core functionalities are in place but bugs and changes can be expected. This is a good opportunity for partners, integrators, Ethereum users and us to familiarise with the platform and report any bugs for fixing before going to the next stage and scaling up. Real value is used in this Beta and could be lost. There is a cap on the amount of USDCT you can buy in each order to limit potential losses and allow more users to have a chance at using our platform.

What is USDCT?

USDCT is a physical US dollar backed standard Ethereum token.

What is ETH Token?

ETH Token is a standard Ethereum token that can be exchanged using ETH. It is easier for smart contracts to interact with ETH Token. Please refer to our ETH Token site for more information.

What is Token Auction?

Token Auction is a smart contract that facilitates and enables easy exchange of tokens at an efficient price, in this case the tokens are USDCT and ETH Token. Please refer to our whitepaper for more information regarding how this fits into our vision and Ethereum's landscape.

Where is the Token Auction smart contract located?

It is on the Ethereum mainnet, at address 0x17d298c3e3551FADAA5bbfBD51544Ea274a3F72f.

It is showing “No Network Found”, what do I need?

You are not connected to the Ethereum network. For the best experience, please open this site using the Mist browser or Parity.

When will I receive my tokens?

Orders are settled once a day and your tokens will be automatically sent to your address. It should be completed half an hour after the auction ends. Based on demand and supply, your order might not be filled but your tokens will still be sent back automatically after the auction ends for the day.

How is the settlement price obtained?

We compute and upload the settlement price based on the ether price from GDAX. Please refer to our whitepaper for more information.

My transaction is mined but the loader is still spinning, what should I do?

We wait for 1 additional block before it is considered confirmed.

Where can I see my past transactions?

You can use the Advanced Options and find all your orders.

Where can I cancel my order?

You can use the Advanced Options and find your order then cancel it.

I accidentally refreshed the page, will there be any problems?

Please wait for a few blocks so that the site is updated with your info before clicking any buttons.

Who controls the Token Auction smart contract?

Although Token Auction is a smart contract, it is not fully autonomous. CodeTract have access to the admin functions but funds are secured by the smart contract code.

What are the fees?

For creating and canceling orders, there are no additional fees other than gas for miners. There is a fee of 0.01 ETH and/or 0.1 USDCT for push settlement. This is to cover the gas to send the settle transactions.

I made a mistake, what can I do?

Due to the nature of public blockchains, transactions are not reversible. Check every transaction carefully before signing.

I found some bugs, where do I report them?

Please open an issue at our Github and we will look into fixing them.

Where can I get support?
